This service allows you to instantly close your time deposit accounts, such as Term Deposit, 31 Day Notice, and 60 Day Notice Accounts
To close your deposit account follow the below steps:

1- Log in to your CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking.

2- Select “Services” tab.
- 3- Under “Account Services”, click on “Deposit Closure”.
- 4- Click on “Initiate New Deposit Closure”.
- 5- Select the deposit account to be closed and the account to be credited.

6- Read and agree to the terms and conditions then click “Submit”.

7- Confirm your details.

8- Click on “Confirm”.
You have successfully closed your deposit account.
