Credit Card Repayment %:

This service enables you to view and amend the percentage of your Credit Card payment automatically deducted from your account each month.

All you have to do is:

1. Click on “Services” tab.

2. Click on “Credit Card services”.

3. Click on “Repayment %” button available against your primary card.

4. Enter new payment percentage and agree to the terms and conditions. 

5. Click on “Submit”.

6. Review the details and click on “Confirm”.

7. Your Credit Card repayment percentage will be changed successfully.

CB Guide:
This service is an inbuilt guide within the CBQ Mobile App, allowing you to quickly search for any service.

To access CB Guide, follow the below steps:

1. Log in to your CBQ Mobile App.

2. Click on “CB Guide” button available on the main account’s dashboard.

3. Search any functionality and click on it to know more.
