If you are travelling internationally, please remember to notify us of where you will be, using the CBQ Mobile App.
By telling us in advance, it helps you avoid delays when using your card overseas, as your transactions will not look suspicious or unusual.
Here’s how to do it:
- 1. Login to Commercial Bank Mobile Banking App.
- 2. Click on “Services” tab and select “Travel Plan” under Accounts & Card services.
- 3. Click on “Add New”.
- 4. Click on “Add One or More Cards to set your travel trip” and select the cards to be enabled for Travel Plan then press “Done”.
- 5. Select the Start Date, End Date, and select Travel destination then click on “Submit.”
- 6. Enter the PIN for the selected card and click “Submit”.
- 7. Your Travel Plan is setup successfully.
