CBQ App New Features



At Commercial Bank, we're dedicated to providing you with a seamless and secure banking experience. We're delighted to introduce new features on our CBQ Mobile App and Internet Banking, offering you enhanced convenience and ease of use.

Emergency Block

This service empowers you to take immediate action in the event you suspect your CB Digital Banking access or card details have been compromised by fraudsters.

  • Open the CBQ Mobile App
  • Click on “Emergency Block”
  • Complete your login
  • Enable the toggle button for “Block User Access” if you wish to block your digital platform access
  • Enable the toggle button for the listed cards if you wish to block any of them permanently.
  • Click on “Submit”, then “Confirm”.
  • Your CB Digital Banking access /cards will be permanently blocked in real time.

Note: Please be aware that blocking your cards will permanently disable usage of these cards and may temporarily suspend biometric login on your mobile device unless new cards are issued. However, you can still access the channels using your username and password. For all non-emergency card-related services, please log in to CBQ Mobile App and access the Credit/Debit Card services under the 'Services' tab. Disabling your digital access will cause in deleting any existing standing order, scheduled transfers and payments.
If you decide to re-establish your digital access, you will need to re-register by opening the CBQ Mobile App or logging into Internet Banking and selecting the 'Register' option.

Call Deposit Opening

This service allows you to open a new Call Deposit account using CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking.

  • Login to the CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking
  • Go to “Services” tab
  • Click on “Additional Account Opening”
  • Select “Savings Account” as account type
  • Select “Call Deposit”
  • Select currency, enter amount, and select a debit account.
  • Click on “Submit
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions
  • Click on “Confirm
  • Enter OTP sent to your registered mobile number
  • Your Call Deposit will be instantly opened successfully

Repeat Transfers

This service enables you to re-initiate any previous transfers you’ve done with one simple click.

  • Login to the CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking
  • Go to “Transfers”
  • Select “International Transfer” or “Local Transfer”
  • Select a beneficiary and click on “Repeat
  • Click on “Submit
  • Click on “Confirm
  • Transfer will be initiated successfully

Report a Fraud

Report a Fraud Logo

This service allows you to report a scam either through call, SMS, or website link, claiming to be from Commercial Bank.

  • Login to the CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking
  • Go to “Services”
  • Click on “Report Fraud
  • Select the channel you received the scam request through
  • Fill the required details
  • Click on “Submit
  • Click on “Confirm
  • Your request will be sent successfully
