Corporate Social Responsibility is part of our ethos and we have invested heavily in various community, sports, education, social, humanitarian and health initiatives in Qatar.​

Talent development

We are a Diamond sponsor of the Qatar Career Fair, a knowledge-based community forum with significant investment in developing local talent. We have also launched several proprietary educational and professional programmes for talented employees and high potential candidates. 

Programmes are designed to empower candidates and enable them to excel in their fields. They include the Future Leaders Programme, Graduate Development Programme, Accelerated Leadership Programme and Career Management Programme.
