Commercial Bank donates to Qatar Red Crescent Society’s ‘Warm Winter’ campaign

​Doha, Qatar: Commercial Bank has made a donation towards Qatar Red Crescent Society’s ‘Warm Winter’ campaign. The donation will help Qatar Red Crescent Society to distribute winter aid to the poorest families and refugees in several countries.

 

Warm Winter is a seasonal programme organised annually by Qatar Red Crescent Society to alleviate the suffering of the vulnerable in Afghanistan, Yemen, Syria, Syrian refugees in Lebanon, Jordan, Kurdistan and Palestinian refugees in Lebanon, which increases during winter. Distributions consist of winter clothes, electric heaters, tarpaulins, blankets, heating oil and other forms of vital assistance against extreme cold.
