Yes, you can amend or cancel a transfer if it has not yet been processed. Log into the CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking, go to "Transfers," select "Transfer History," choose the relevant transfer, and click on either "Amend Transfer" or "Cancel Transfer".

How long does it take for a local transfer to be processed?

Local transfers are typically processed within a few hours to 1 business day, depending on the receiving bank's processing times and any compliance checks.

What is a 60-Second Transfer, and which currencies are eligible?

The 60-Second Transfer service allows funds to be transferred within 60 seconds for specific currencies, including:

  • Indian Rupee (INR)
  • Philippine Peso (PHP)
  • Pakistani Rupee (PKR)
  • Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR)
  • Nepalese Rupee (NPR)
