How to complete Authentication in Telephone Banking for Personal customers (4449 0000)
- Dial 4449 0000.
- Select language (English or Arabic)
- Enter your QID or Account Number
- If you have registered for CB Voice Biometrics, you will be asked to confirm your identity by using voice biometrics. Otherwise, you will be asked to enter last 6 digits of active credit/debit card number and OTP which will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- If you have not registered for CB Voice Biometrics, the Telephone Banking system will prompt you to register.
How to complete Authentication in Telephone Banking for PayCard customers (4449 0025)
- Dial 4449 0025.
- Select language (English or Hindi).
- Enter your QID or PayCard number.
- If you have registered for CB Voice Biometrics, you will be asked to confirm your identity by using voice biometrics. Otherwise, you will be asked to enter your PayCard PIN and OTP which will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- If you have not registered for CB Voice Biometrics, the Telephone Banking system will prompt you to register.
How to complete Authentication in Telephone Banking for Enterprise and Corporate customers (4449 0000)
- Dial 4449 0000.
- Select language (English or Arabic).
- Enter the account number.
- Enter the IVR ID, which was assigned to the user who has access to Corporate Internet Banking and Telephone Banking PIN.
- If you do not have IVR ID, Telephone Banking system will automatically route you to speak to us.
