Every time you use your credit card for retail purchases locally, overseas and online you earn points as per the below table:

• Diners Club Card - Spend QAR 15 earn 1 Reward Point
• Visa and Master Card - Spend QAR 20 earn 1 Reward Point

*Rewards points are not applicable for transactions related to the following categories:

• Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC).
• All Government Merchant Category Codes (MCC).
• All Charity related Merchant Category Codes (MCC).
• All Insurance related Merchant Category Codes (MCCs).
• All European Union Card present transactions.
• Transactions made locally in Qatar (with Qatar currency) through merchants listed outside of Qatar will not qualify for reward point earnings.

In order to be able to log into www.cbqrewards.com you would require to have your QID, mobile number and email address correctly registered with Commercial Bank. You would also need a Credit Card that is eligible for earning Commercial Bank Reward points: - Sadara Infinite, Platinum, Titanium and Diners Club credit cards.

You can redeem your gift vouchers for electronics, jewellery, fashion, furniture, dinning, entertainment and much more. For a list of participating partners, please click on the "Gift Voucher" tab then scroll down to view the participating partners in CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking.

Simply visit any of our participating partners and present your unique code number that you receive by Email or SMS.

There is a log of all your Gift Vouchers in your account.

Yes, you can use your Gift Voucher more than once and at multiple locations so always chose the higher denomination.

Commercial Bank Reward points expire after 2 years from date of awarding points.

Joining Bonus points expire after 90 days of points being credited to your Rewards account.
