Omran Al Sherawi to Head Asset and Liabilities Management for the Bank

 

Doha, Qatar: Commercial Bank CEO Abdulla Saleh Al Raisi has announced the promotion of Omran Al Sherawi to Head of Asset and Liabilities Management. In recent years, Omran has emerged as a leader within Commercial Bank after a successful track record in previous positions and his promotion underscores the Bank’s commitment to developing home-grown talented staff.

 

Omran has over ten years of experience with Commercial Bank and most recently held the roles of Head of Project Management Office and Vice President of Wholesale Banking. In his new position as Head of Asset and Liabilities Management, Omran will play an instrumental role in providing funding and liquidity to ensure Commercial Bank’s continued robust growth as a strategic partner for all Qatari businesses.
