Commercial Bank arranges Denis Irwin visit to a soccer school

Manchester United legend also meets fans at the British Embassy
Doha, Qatar: As part of Commercial Bank’s five-year exclusive partnership with Manchester United, legendary player Denis Irwin paid a special visit to Evolution Soccer School at Doha College and the British Embassy.
Irwin handed out certificates to the Soccer School’s Under 9 boys and gave a short talk to the aspiring young footballers about his career. The aspiring footballers asked questions about Irwin’s life as a professional player before he handed the boys their achievement awards.
The Manchester United favourite also met with fans at a family barbeque held at the British Embassy. The British Ambassador, Nicholas Hopton said: “I am delighted to welcome Denis Irwin to Doha. It is great that he has been able to pass on some of his experience and advice to a future generation of Qatari footballers. This is very much in keeping with the excellent Qatar/UK partnership in sport – as well as other sectors.”
