Commercial Bank digitizes PO Box subscription payments

Doha, Qatar: Commercial Bank, a leader in innovative digital banking in Qatar, has collaborated with Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) to enable both individual and corporate customers to pay for their PO Box subscriptions through its Internet Banking channels. Customers can now conveniently check their outstanding payments based on their PO Box using their CBQ Mobile App, the Bank's Retail Internet Banking portal, or Corporate Internet Banking portal. Upon payment, real-time updates will be sent to Qatar Post via Application Programming Interface (API). Alongside this, the Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) has affirmed its collaboration with Commercial Bank in providing an integrated PO Box service within the Utility Payments section of CB's digital channels. This service enables CBQ customers to seamlessly renew their PO Box subscriptions online, offering them a user-friendly digital experience. It allows them to manage their PO Box subscriptions effortlessly, besides their other banking transactions, within the CBQ digital platform.
