Commercial Bank holds EGM

Doha, Qatar: Commercial Bank held its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting on 14 June 2023 and approved the agenda item to amend Article 20 of the Bank's Articles of Association to comply with the amendments to the Governance Instructions for Banks issued by the Qatar Central Bank by virtue of Circular No. 2 of 2023.
