Commercial Bank hosts IPL final dinner

Doha, Qatar: Commercial Bank recently hosted a dinner for key customers from the Indian business and professional community at The Four Seasons Hotel, where guests watched a live screening of the Indian Premier League 2014 final.

 

Celebrity guests at the cricket-themed event were Balwinder Sandhu, a member of India’s 1983 Cricket World Cup winning team and Shishir Hattangadi, a former first class cricketer. Mr Sanjiv Arora, the Ambassador of India to the State of Qatar also attended the event as a special guest.

 

Customers were treated to a thrilling cricket match and entertainment in the form of humorous anecdotes, fun facts and amusing cricketing stories. A number of prizes were won by customers on the night, including a grand prize of 2 business class return tickets to Goa, with four nights stay at the Leela Kempinski Hotel.
