New Commercial Bank Branch opens in City Center Mall

Redesigned flagship branch now open for business

 

Doha, Qatar: Commercial Bank, one of the leading full service banks in Qatar, has officially reopened its City Center Mall branch with a host of improvements designed to provide outstanding in-store customer service and convenience. Commercial Bank officials formally inaugurated the new branch during an opening ceremony earlier this week attended by the Bank’s Vice Chairman, Sh. Abdullah Bin Ali Bin Jabor Al Thani, and Managing Director, Mr. Hussain Alfardan, along with other senior dignitaries and executives from the Bank.

 

The new branch is a state-of-the-art, modern design and serves both Corporate and Retail customers in dedicated areas. The use of technology features heavily throughout the branch, including a new Bulk Cash Deposit Machine. The machine uses automated technology allowing customers to quickly deposit large amounts of cash and avoid queuing for tellers. Customers are given a counted receipt with immediate credit to their account, without delay.

 

The branch offers customer convenience and accessibility through its flagship location in West Bay and has extended opening hours from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
