This feature has been designed to save time and enhance the overall banking experience, making it more seamless and convenient than ever for you.
What makes this feature special?
You can receive your branch appointment tokens directly on your mobile device as you arrive within 10 meters of the branch, provided you have a scheduled appointment and have enabled location services within the app. This eliminates the need to manually generate a token at the branch kiosk.

How to generate a branch token using CBQ Mobile App:
• Open CBQ Mobile App.
• Click on the “Branch Token” available on the login page.
OR
• Log into CBQ Mobile App.
• Click on “Services” tab.
• Click on “Branch Visit Appointment”.
• Select the branch appointment.
• Click on “Generate Branch Token”.
This service is available using CBQ Mobile App version 33.8 and above.
