How to Apply:
Log in to Commercial Bank's Internet Banking or CBQ Mobile App and apply for a Himyan Card. The Himyan Prepaid Card is issued free of charge for the first time.
How to activate:
To activate the Card, you can use any of the following channels:
- CBQ Mobile App.
- Internet Banking Services by visiting www.cbq.qa.
- Self Service Card Printing Machine.
- Commercial Bank's Contact Centre on 44490000.
How to load/reload:
You can load funds from any Commercial Bank ATM in Qatar, through CBQ Mobile App or Internet Banking.
Where to use:
- You can use your Himyan Prepaid Card for all types of local transactions including payments at Point of Sale (POS) devices and online payments through e-commerce payments gateway (QPAY).
- You can also use your Himyan Card to withdraw cash from any ATM in Qatar.
How to manage your Card:
Our CBQ Mobile App and Internet Banking will help you manage your Himyan Card for the following functions:
